Amy Poehler's Early Roles, Now In One Supercut

As Leslie Knope once said, “Every memory deserves to be chronicled — even the saggy ones.” To help Amy Poehler celebrate her birthday today, we’ve put together some of our favorite Amy memories, going back to her very first roles on TV and in movies.

Before Poehler brought us Kaitlin on “SNL” or Leslie on “Parks,” she was all 30 of these characters and more. Amy Poehler was killin’ it before we all started paying close attention, so a look back to these memories is in order.

Poehler was also in the 1997 MTV show, “Apartment 2F,” along with Michael Showalter and Zach Galifianakis. The show was never released on DVD, but this clip featuring Galifianakis, surfaced a few years ago.

Peohler also played “Woman Sprayed with Hose” in Louis C.K.’s unreleased feature, “Tomorrow Night.” Apparently, Louie might release the film for download on his website sometime soon.

Happy birthday, Amy! Thanks for many years of hilarity.
